BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2004 General Fund and appropriation from the unappropriated surplus of the 2004 Grant Fund be made to cover the Family Court Division's grant award from the Department of Public Safety, for the division's Accountability in Spanish Project:
