WHEREAS, a transfer within the 2005 Special Road and Bridge Fund is necessary to cover the cost of road oil needed to extend the Public Works Department's 2005 Road Program for approximately an additional ten miles of strip reconstruction of rural county roads; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2005 Special Road and Bridge Fund:
