Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution 15252, dated January 6, 2004, the County did award a contract on the Colbern Road Phase II Project, No. 2411, to Ideker, Inc., of St. Joseph, MO; and,
WHEREAS, by Resolutions 15684, 15824, 15989, and 16271, change orders 1, 2, 3, and 4 to this contract were approved; and,
WHEREAS, the project is now complete, such that final payment is now due and owing; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Director of Finance and Purchasing be and hereby is authorized to make final payment in the amount of $31,996.40 on the contract with Ideker, Inc., of St. Jospeh, MO, for the construction of Colbern Road Phase II, Project No. 2411.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
