Body
WHEREAS, various County departments and the 16th Circuit Court have a continuing need for Workday timeclock hardware, software, and support services; and,
WHEREAS, by Resolution 21347, a contract for such goods and services was awarded to Accu-Time Systems under Request for Proposals 23-038; and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to section 1030.1 of the Jackson County Code, 1984, the Interim Director of Finance and Purchasing has determined that hardware, software, and support services can be obtained from only one source, Accu-Time Systems of Windsor, CT as a sole source; and,
WHEREAS, this award is made on an as needed basis and does not obligate Jackson County to pay any amount, with the availability of funds for specific purchases remaining subject to annual appropriation, with $45,000.00 of estimated annual spending; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that a thirty-six month term and supply contract be awarded as recommended by the Interim Director of Finance and Purchasing to Accu-Time Systems of Windsor, CT; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Interim Director of Finance and Purchasing be and hereby is authorized to execute any and all documents necessary to give effect to this award; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Interim Director of Finance and Purchasing be and hereby authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the contract.
