Body
WHEREAS, the Sheriff's Department has incurred overtime and part-time salary costs that have exceeded budgetary projections; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to place required funds in the proper spending accounts; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made within the 2005 Special Road & Bridge Fund:
