BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE, a tract of land described as follows:

A 35 ± acre tract of land generally located 4/10 of a mile south of Pink Hill Road on the east side of Sweeney Road and more specifically described as:
All that part of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 23, Township 49, Range 30, as described in Document No. I-139813 and all of Lot 3, Peaceful Acres, Lots 1-3, as recorded in Document No. I-962433 in Jackson County, Missouri and further described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 23, said point also being the Northwest corner of Peaceful Acres, Lots 1-3; thence South 01 degrees 30 minutes 24 seconds West along the West line of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 23 a distance of 320.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South 88 degrees 32 minutes 56 seconds East along the North line and extension thereof of Lot 3 and along the South line of Lot 2, Peaceful Acres, Lots 1-3, a distance of 712.06 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 2 of Peaceful Acres, Lots 1-3; thence North 01 degrees 27 minutes 04 seconds East a distance of 320.00 feet to the Northeast cor...
