Body
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has solicited formal written bids on Bid No. 165-96 for the construction of three sewage pump- out stations for use by the Parks and Recreation Department at the Longview, Blue Springs, and Lake Jacomo marinas; and,

WHEREAS, he has received as the lowest two bids thereon bids from the following:
VENDOR BID
Davis Dock & Seawall
Lake Lotawana, MO $31,226.40

River Oak Construction
Lee's Summit, MO $35,741.00

and,
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has recommended that award be made to Davis Dock & Seawall of Lake Lotawana, MO, for the reason that it has submitted the lowest and best bid; and,


BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, award be made as recommended by the Purchasing Director, and that the Purchasing Director be, and is hereby, authorized to execute for the County any documents necessary to the accomplishment of the award; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the contract...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
