Body
WHEREAS, White Horse Bluff, LLC., has submitted a request for a temporary construction easement along the south side of R.D. Mize Road within the Little Blue Trace Park for the construction of a sanitary sewer line to serve the new Meadowbrook Estates subdivision in the City of Independence; and,
WHEREAS, the County has determined that the easement for temporary construction will have no adverse effect to the park; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the attached easement is hereby approved and that the County Executive is hereby authorized to execute the easement on behalf of the County.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
