WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1999 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund is necessary to increase its obligation under a new lease for office space for the Jackson County Drug Task Force; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made within the 1999 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
