BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE a tract of land described as follows:

Description: The 10 ñ acre tract of land generally located 2/10 of a mile south of Duncan Road on the west side of Seymour Road and more specifically beginning 660 feet S 01 15'54" W of the Northwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 26, Township 49, range 30 at a point on the west line of said NW 1/4, NE 1/4; thence S 01 15'54" W along said west line, 300 feet; thence S 88 27'04" E 1,128 feet, thence S 01 15'54" W, 150 feet; thence S 88 24'04" E 200 feet to the East line of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 26, thence N 01 19'10" E, along said E line, 450 feet; thence N 88 27'04" W, 1,330.06 feet to POB in Jackson County, Missouri, aka 4414 S. Seymour Road.

Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Michael Rueff (RZ-97-073), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission unanimously recommended this application in a public hearing on August 21, 1997, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning...Attorney
