BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the unappropriated surplus of the 1996 County Urban Road System Fund, to reimburse the Public Works Department for the right-of-way acquisition in connection with the Longview Road at Blue Ridge Project, No. 2075-3, with funds received from the State of Missouri on a pass-through from the U. S. Government:
