BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR, a tract of land described as follows:

A 10± acre tract of land generally located at the southeast corner of Borgman Road and Bone Hill Road and specifically described as follows:
Description: All that part of the North ½ of the Northeast ¼ of the Northwest ¼, except the East 660.00' thereof, Section 31, Township 51 North, Range 29 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Jackson County, Missouri. Being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the North ¼ corner of said Section 31-50-29; thence with the North line of the Northwest ¼ of said section N87?35'55"W, 660.00' to the Point of Beginning; thence leaving said Point of Beginning and continuing with aforesaid North line N87?35'55"W, 665.88' to the Northwest corner of the Northeast ¼ of the Northwest ¼; thence with the West line said ¼, ¼ section S02?30'17"E, 662.98'; thence leaving said West line S87?38'59"E. 668.75'; thence N02?15'24"E, 662.38' back to the Point of Beginning and containing 442,209.50 sq.ft. or 10.15 acres.
