WHEREAS, it has become necessary, in connection with the County Howell Road Bridge Project (No. 2298), to acquire a right-of-way, waterline easement, and permanent drainage easement over, and to cause certain damage to, the property of David T. and Gina T. Roberts and Michael G. and Katheryn S. Roberts, in the amount of $200.00; and,
WHEREAS, the owners have agreed to convey said right-of-way and easements, and to settle the claim for damages and have executed conveyances in favor of the County in consideration of the total payment of $200.00; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Director of the Department of Finance issue a check in the amount of $200.00 in the names of David T. and Gina T. Roberts and Michael G. and Katheryn S. Roberts, and that the check be delivered to the Department of Public Works, Kaye Merkle, Engineering Division, for appropriate disposition...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
