BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the unappropriated surplus of the 1995 Special Road and Bridge Fund to cover the cost of ten Everlast mats to be used for training purposes for the Sheriff's Department:
