BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the unappropriated surplus of the 2003 Grant Fund to cover the Family Court Division's staffing agreements with the Hickman Mills Consolidated and Kansas City School Districts, for the division's Truancy Court Project:
