BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE a tract of land described as follows:

Legal Description:
Description: A 35.8 ñ acres generally located north of Old Pink Hill road on the west side of Slaughter Road and more specifically a parcel of land being part of the north 70 acres of the east half of the southwest quarter of Section 16, Township 49, Range 30 in Jackson County, Missouri, commencing at the southeast corner of said quarter section; thence N 01 34' 06" E along the east line of said quarter section, a distance of 333.79 feet to the southeast corner of the North 70 acres of the East Half of said quarter section, said point also being the POB; thence continuing N 01 34' 06" E along said east line, a distance of 220.21 feet; thence N 87 47' 35" W, a distance of 646.84 feet; thence S 01 34' 06" W, a distance of 480.62 feet; thence S 65 55' 48" W, a distance of 48.20 feet; thence S02 12' 25" W, a distance of 1700.15 feet to a point on the south line of said North 70 Acres; thence S 87 47' 35" E along said south line, a distance of 709.24 feet to the POB.

Section 2. The preliminary plat "Holly Hill," creating a 7-lot residential subdivision, is hereby approved.
