WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1996 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund is necessary to cover the cost of 
salary and fringe benefits of a new Drug Court Commissioner for the Circuit Court of Jackson County 
authorized by Senate Bill No. 869; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends such transfer; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following 
transfer within the 1996 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund be and hereby is made:
