Body
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Department has a need to cover the increased fuel and electric costs in 2005; and,

WHEREAS, a transfer of $162,200.00 within the 2005 Park Fund is required to place the monies in the proper spending accounts; and,

WHEREAS, the Administration recommends said transfer; now therefore,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made within the 2005 General Fund:
