BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. A conditional use permit (CUP) is hereby granted for a period of five (5) years to operate a horse boarding stable as to an approximate 10 + acre tract located + mile north of U.S. Highway 50 on the west side of Outer Belt Road (Missouri Route F), legally described as follows:
Description: The 10 ± acre tract of land is generally located a quarter of a mile north of U.S. Highway 50 on the west side of Outer Belt Road (Missouri Route F) and specifically described as that part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 47, Range 29, Jackson County, Missouri, described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence North along the East line thereof, a distance of 1009.55 feet; thence North 89 degrees, 51 minutes, 19 seconds West, a distance of 57.64 feet to the true point of beginning, said point being on the West right-of-way line of Missouri Route F as now established; thence North 89 degrees, 51 minutes, 19 seconds West, a distance of 1307.45 feet to the West line of said Quarter Quarter Section; thence North 0 degrees, 05 minutes, 40 seconds West along said West line, a distance of 329.00 feet to the Northwest corner of said Quarter Quarter Section; thence South 89 degrees, 51 minutes, 19 seconds East along the North line of said Quarter Quarter Section, a distance of 1325.65 feet to the West right-of-way line of Missouri Route F as now established; thence South along said West line, a distance of 128.93 feet; thence West a distance of 10 feet; thence South 4 degrees, 09 minutes, 24...
