RESOLUTION 11913, October 20, 1997

INTRODUCED BY John C. Graham, County Legislator

Body
WHEREAS, the City of Greenwood desires to enter into an agreement with the County for Animal Control Services; and,

WHEREAS, the County has provided and desires to continue to provide to the City certain Environmental and Animal Control Services for specified compensation; and,

WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has now requested that the attached Agreement for Environmental and Animal Control Services with the City of The Facilities Management Department, Missouri, be approved; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached Agreement for Environmental and Animal Control Services with the City of The Facilities Management Department...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
