Body
WHEREAS, the Jackson County Detention Center has a need for additional funding to pay fees associated with the County House Arrest program's use of ankle bracelet monitoring for the remainder of the year to ensure public safety without interruption; and
WHEREAS, the Jackson County Detention Center has identified available funds to cover such fees from salary savings for unfilled positions; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer of funds within the 2025 Anti-Crime Sales Tax Fund is necessary to place such funds in the proper spending account; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfers be and hereby are made:
