Body
WHEREAS, the Parks + Rec Department has a need for accessories to be installed on its current Greenmaster TriFlex unit for use at the Fred Arbanas Golf Course and a diesel utility cart for use at the Adair Park Softball Complex to replace an existing cart that has exceeded its useful life; and,

WHEREAS, pursuant to section 1030.4 of the Jackson County Code, the Director of Finance and Purchasing recommends the purchase of the needed Greensmaster TriFlex 3300 accessories from Professional Turf of Euless, TX, under the terms and conditions of OMNIA Partners Cooperative Contract No. 2017025, an existing competitively bid contract; and,

WHEREAS, pursuant to section 1030.4 of the Jackson County Code, the Director of Finance and Purchasing recommends the purchase of the needed Workman HDX- 4WD diesel utility cart from Professional Turf of Euless, TX, under the terms and conditions of NASPO Contract No. E194-81037, an existing competitively bid contract; and,

WHEREAS, purchase under the existing competitively bid contracts will allow the County to take advantage of volume discounts offered to large entities; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that award be made as recommended by the Director of Finance and Purchasing and that the Director be and hereby is authorized to execute any documents necessary to the accomplishment of the ...
