Body
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has solicited formal written bids on Bid No. 13-95 for the furnishing of concessions operations at the Frank White and 140th & Holmes Softball Complexes; and,

WHEREAS, he has received as the highest bids thereon the following:

VENDOR BID

Mr. Steak #202, Inc. $2,500.00/month Independence, MO

Kansas City Ice Cream $1,200.00/month Kansas City (Jackson County), MO

J .E. Gross Concessions $100.00/month Blue Springs, MO

and,

WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has recommended that award be made to Mr. Steak #202, Inc., of Independence, MO, for the reason that it has submitted the highest and best bid; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that award be made as recommended by the Purchasing Director, and that the Purchasing Director be, and is hereby, authorized to execute for the County any documents necessary to the accomplishment of the award.
Attorney Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
