BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:
Description: A 10 ± acre tract of land generally located 1/4 of a mile south of U.S. Highway 50, east of Missouri 7 Highway and west of Lone-Jack-Lee's Summit Road and more specifically described:

A tract of land in the Northwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 47, Range 30, in Jackson County, Missouri being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter, Thence N1°50'37"E along the West line of said Northwest Quarter, a distance of 1322.72 feet, to the Point of Beginning; Thence continuing N1°50'37"E along the West line of said Northwest Quarter, a distance of 440.31 feet; Thence N89°47'18"E, a distance of 884.55 feet to a point on the westerly Right of Way line of Lone Jack-Lee's Summit Road (as now established); Thence S24°19'00"E along said westerly Right of Way line, a distance of 482.29 feet to a point on the South line of the North one half of said Northwest Quarter, Thence S89°47'18"W along the South line of Said Northwest Quarter, a distance of 1097.22 feet; to the Point of Beginning.
