Body
WHEREAS, Fritzlaine Roche recently graduated from Lincoln Prep High School with a 4.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale; and,
WHEREAS, during high school, Fritzlaine was involved in the 20/20 leadership program and received a 20/20 leadership scholarship, National Honor Society, Kiwannis Key Club, was recognized for Women of Distinction, and was an International Baccalaureate diploma candidate; and,
WHEREAS, Fritzlaine was also on the soccer team, was the second violin chair in orchestra, and participated in the Science Knowledge Bowl; and,
WHEREAS, Fritzlaine plans to attend Wesleyan University in Middleton, Connecticut, in the fall and major in neuroscience and behavior; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Legislature congratulates Fritzlaine Roche on her recent graduation from Lincoln Prep High School and on her acceptance into Wesleyan University.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
