Body
WHEREAS, due to increased rock prices, unforeseen emergency projects, and additional needs for rock in the 2008 year, the budgeted funds have been depleted; and,
WHEREAS, this transfer will allow the scheduled repairs to be completed in 2008 and provide for unforseen repairs such as culvert failures and patching; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to place the funds in the proper spending account; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made:
