Body
WHEREAS, the County did, by Resolution 7668, dated November 28, 1988, enter into a computer maintenance and service contract with Intergraph Corporation in the amount of $18,360.00; and,
WHEREAS, by Resolution 11551, dated December 16, 1996, the County extended the contract in the amount of $32,900.40; and,
WHEREAS, the County now desires to further extend this service contract as is necessary to provide continued maintenance for the year 1998, and this extension will not exceed $31,530.60; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the extension to the aforesaid contract is approved and the Director of Purchasing is authorized to execute the necessary documents on behalf of the County; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the contract...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
