Body
WHEREAS, the County has certain personal property within the Public Works and Records Department, further described in the lists attached hereto marked as Exhibit "A", and Exhibit "B" that has become obsolete and unusable to the County's needs; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Purchasing recommends that said property be declared surplus and authorized for disposal pursuant to Chapter 11, Jackson County Code, 1984; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the personal property within the Public Works and Records Department, further described in the lists attached hereto marked as Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", be declared surplus, and that the Director of Purchasing be and hereby is authorized to dispose of it pursuant to Chapter 11, Jackson County Code, 1984.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
