Body
WHEREAS, Fleming Park has approximately 200 plus acres of previously leased unharvested hay and crop grounds available; and,
WHEREAS, the County is in need of services to crop and hay these lands; and,
WHEREAS, the County and Keith James desire to enter into an Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, whereby Keith James will provide such service for a period of two years at no cost to the County; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri that the agreement is hereby approved and that the County Executive is authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the County.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
