Body
WHEREAS, the County did, by Resolution 11707, dated April 14, 1997, enter into a contract with Pyramid Excavation and Construction, Inc., of Shawnee Mission, KS, in the amount of $133,347.65, for the Longview Golf Course Cartpath Replacement, Phase I, Project 2346; and,
WHEREAS, proposed Change Order No. 1 (final), a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is necessary to adjust various plan quantities to as-built quantities, and said change order will not result in an increase to the contract; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that Change Order No. 1 (final) to the aforesaid contract is approved and the County Executive is authorized to execute the change order on behalf of the County; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment, on the contract...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
