WHEREAS, the Drug Task Force has a need for two new vehicles for departmental operations; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer in the amount of $38,000.00 is necessary for the purchase of the vehicles; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2005 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
