Body
WHEREAS, the County, through its Prosecuting Attorney, and Midwest ADP previously entered into a contract dated May 2, 1994, as amended by the First Addendum thereto dated October 21, 1994, Second Addendum thereto dated June 1, 1995, and Third Addendum thereto dated October 13, 1995, with George Rentfrow and Associates, d/b/a Midwest ADP pursuant to Ordinance 2285; and,
WHEREAS, the parties are mutually desirous of extending the original agreement, as amended, at no additional costs to the County; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Prosecuting Attorney of Jackson County, Missouri be, and hereby is, authorized to enter into the Fourth Addendum to the May 2, 1994 contract with George Rentfrow and Associates, d/b/a Midwest ADP, as amended; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Manager of the Division of Finance be, and hereby is, authorized to make payment under said contract, as amended, out of the amounts heretofore encumbered therefor...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
