Body
WHEREAS, the Sheriff's Department has one 1993 Ford Crown Victoria, VIN 2FACP71 W4PX175180, that has become excess to the County's need; and,
WHEREAS, this car is obsolete and unusable; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Purchasing recommends that said property be declared surplus; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the above personal property is declared surplus and that the Purchasing Director be and hereby is authorized to dispose of it pursuant to Chapter 11, Jackson County Code.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
