Body
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE a tract of land described as follows:

Description: A 13.5 ñ acres generally located south and west of Stony Point School Road and specifically described as a tract of land located in the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 10, Township 48, Range 30 in Jackson County, Missouri, commencing on the northwest corner of said southwest quarter, thence S 89 57' 25" E along the north line of said southwest quarter 2052.85 feet to POB, thence south 89 57' 25" east 559.58 feet along said north line of southwest quarter to the west line of Stony Point School Road; thence South 00 39' 55' E 1176.73 feet along said ROW; thence South 89 20' 05" W 450.78 feet; thence south 00 39' 55" E 522.30 feet; thence S 89 57' 25" W 108.77 feet; thence north 00 39' 55" W 660.00 feet to the POB.


Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Matthew Baker (RZ-98-105), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission unanimously recommended this application in a public hearing on May 21, 1998, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning...Attorney
Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature...
