DEPARTMENT OF RECORDS TO
DEPARTMENT OF RECORDER OF DEEDS
Title
Pursuant to Art. IV, §11 of the Constitutional Home Rule Charter of Jackson County, there is hereby created the Department of Recorder of Deeds, which shall perform all functions formerly performed by the Department of Records, which is hereby abolished. All duties heretofore assigned to the Director of Records are now assigned to the Recorder of Deeds, pursuant to all provisions of Executive Order 04-15. I hereby appoint Robert T. Kelly to serve as the Recorder of Deeds. This position will remain a director level position.
