Body
WHEREAS, the Free Church of God True Holiness Diocese will hold its 94th Annual Holy Convocation from June 21 through June 25, 2010; and,
WHEREAS, during the week-long celebration, delegates from Missouri, Kansas, Texas, Arkansas, and from around the country are expected to join together at the National Headquarters of the Free Church of God True Holiness located at the Victory Way Most High God Church at 3023 Monroe; and,
WHEREAS, this annual commemoration focuses around the exchange of news, goods, services, and information for the further development of the church's membership; and,
WHEREAS, the event will close with the honoring of Bishop Willie Culclager, Jr., whose official role is that of President Prelate and Chief Apostle; and,
WHEREAS, Bishop Culclager has served the community in many ways, including over thirty years as a police officer with the Kansas City Missouri Police Department, and service in his current role as Pastor and President Prelate; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Legislature congratulates the Free Church of God True Holiness on its 94th Annual Holy Convocation, and expresses sincere gratitude to Bishop Willie Culclager, Jr., on his dedicated service to the community and church.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
