Body
WHEREAS, in connection with the Prospect Road Bridge Project, No. 2139-2, it is necessary that certain real property in the Blue River Parkway be conveyed to the City of Kansas City; and,

WHEREAS, the County will be paid $66,900.00 for this property, to be debited from the City's CURS account; and,

WHEREAS, the attached Quit-Claim Deed is necessary to effect the conveyance of this property; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached Quit-Claim Deed in favor of the City of Kansas City, Missouri; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Manager of the Division of Finance be and hereby is authorized to debit the City's CURS account and credit a Park Fund account the sum of $66,900.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
