Body
WHEREAS, the Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force for Jackson County has a need for personal computers for departmental operations; and,

WHEREAS, the Missouri Department of Public Safety has approved a revision in the budget of the Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force Grant to allow for the purchase of computer equipment at no additional cost to the County as set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2005 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
