WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1995 General Fund is necessary to cover salaries for the Truancy Program of the Family Court; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 1995 General Fund:
