Body
WHEREAS, the Jackson County Drug Task Force has a need to acquire narcotics in the course of its undercover drug investigations; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer of $30,000.00 within the 2005 Anti Drug Sales Tax Fund is necessary to cover the cost of this phase of the investigations; and,
WHEREAS, the Administration recommends said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2005 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
