BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:
Description: A 20.8 ± acre tract of land generally located on the south side of Stringtown Road near the intersection with Gammon Road and specifically described as follows:

LOTS 1 & 2; Beginning at a point 40 feet east of the NW corner of the NE 1/4 of Section 33, Township 47, Range 30 (as described in State Document # 600-52676) in Jackson County, Missouri; said point being on the North Line of said NE 1/4; thence N 89° 54' 35" E along said North Line for 593.56 feet; thence S 2° 26' 09"W for 715.00 feet; thence S 89° 54' 35" W for 673.36 feet; thence N 8 ° 46' 07" E for 722.97 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 10.39 acres.

LOTS 3 & 4; Beginning at a point 693.62 feet east of the NW corner of the NE 1/4 of Section 33, Township 47, Range 30 (as described in State Document # 600-52676) in Jackson County, Missouri; said point being on the North Line of said NE 1/4; thence N 89° 54' 35" E along said North Line for 634.00 feet to the NE corner of the NW 1/4 of said NE 1/4; thence S. 2° 26' 09" W for 715.04 feet; thence S 89° 54' 35" W for 634.00 feet; thence N 2° 26' 09" for 715.04 feet to the point of beginning.
