Body
WHEREAS, the County did, by Resolution 13662, dated April 16, 2001, enter into a contract with Gunite of Missouri, in the actual amount of $197,111.58, for the Stone Arch Bridge Repair, County Project 2412; and,
WHEREAS, a subsequent change order has adjusted the contract amount to the current authorization of $220,504.12; and,
WHEREAS, proposed Change Order No. 2 (Final), a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is necessary to adjust various plan quantities to as-built quantities, and said change order will result in a decrease in the amount of $2,714.03; and,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that Change Order No. 2 (Final) to the aforesaid contract is approved and the County Executive is authorized to execute the change order on behalf of the County; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Manager of the Division of Finance be and hereby is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the contract.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
