Body
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department is in need of additional funds to cover overtime salaries for completing the County's 2010 Road Program, strip reconstruction projects, winter ice and snow removal, and other maintenance programs; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to cover these costs; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends the transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2010 Special Road & Bridge Fund be and hereby is made:
