ORDINANCE 3162, August 6, 2001

Body
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE a tract of land described as follows:

Description: A 2.7 ± acre lot generally located 3/10 of a mile north of Pink Hill Road on the east side of Slaughter Road and legally described as Lot 4, Crystal Aire, a subdivision in Jackson County, Missouri lying in the southeast quarter of Section 16, Township 49, Range 30 aka 3213 S. Slaughter Road.

Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Rick Wooderson (RZ-2001-243), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission unanimously recommended this application in a public hearing on July 19, 2001, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning.

Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
