Body
WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1996 General Fund is necessary to cover the establishment of a budget for the offices of the Manager of Administration and the Manager of Operations; and,

WHEREAS, this transfer merely consolidates funds previously appropriated for the two offices; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 1996 General Fund:
