BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE a tract of land described as follows:
Description:

A 6.5 ± acre tract of land generally located ½ mile north of Easley Road on the west side of Alley-Jackson Road and more specifically described as:

A tract of land located in the N ½ NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 9, Township 47 North of the Base Line, Range 30 West of the 5th Principal Meridian all in Jackson County, Missouri more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the NW corner of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 Section 9, T47N R30W; thence N 89°59'42" E along the north line of said quarter quarter a distance of 1329.73 feet to the NE corner of said quarter quarter; thence S 01°35'02"W along the East line of said quarter quarter a distance of 302.58 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence S 01°35'02" W along the said East line a distance of 360 feet to the SE corner of the N ½ of said quarter quarter; thence S 89°57'46" W along the South line of said N ½ of said quarter quarter a distance of 785.05 feet; thence N 01°34'07" E parallel with the West line of said quarter quarter a distance of 360 feet; thence N 89°57'46: E parallel with the South line of the N ½ of said quarter quarter a distance of 785.14 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 6.49 acres, more or less, subject to any easements, restrictions, or covenants, recorded or unrecorded...
