WHEREAS, by Ordinance 4008, dated June 23, 2008, the Legislature did approve the Family Court Division's Domestic Relations Supervised Therapeutic Visitation Program grant, received from the Office of State Courts Administrator; and,
WHEREAS, the Family Court Division and the Office of the State Courts Administrator now desire to extend the ending date for the use of the grant funds to December 31, 2009, at no additional cost to the County; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the extension to December 31, 2009, for the Family Court Division's Domestic Relations Supervised Therapeutic Visitation Program grant awarded by the Office of State Courts Administrator be and hereby is approved.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
