A RESOLUTION transferring $247,740.00 within the 2008 General Fund to restore the titles of budget accounts previously utilized by the Circuit Court.

Body
WHEREAS, in the County's 2008 annual budget, the County attempted to standardize account titles across the County and Circuit Court; and,
WHEREAS, the Circuit Court has determined that this standardization has made it difficult to track expenses from year to year and to compare current year expenses with those of prior years; and,
WHEREAS, the Court has requested that the account titles it used in prior years be restored to allow for this tracking and comparison; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to give effect to this request; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2008 General Fund:
