Body
WHEREAS, the Department of Corrections anticipates incurring overtime and food service costs in December 2007 in excess of the 2007 budget, due to an unforeseen increase in population; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to cover these costs; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2007 General Fund:
