BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR, a tract of land described as follows:
Description:
The 19.8 ± acres are located approximately 1/4 ± of a mile West of BB Highway on the North side of Burgess Road and specifically described as all of the West half of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 34, Township 50, Range 30, in Jackson County, Missouri, more particularly described as:
Description: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said half quarter quarter section; thence North 00?31'57" West, along the West line of said half quarter quarter section, a distance of 1315.99 feet to the Northwest corner thereof; thence North 89?27'39" East, along the North line of said half quarter quarter section, a distance of 655.84 feet to the Northeast corner thereof, thence South 00?29'46" East, along the East line of said half quarter quarter section, a distance of 1316.89 feet to the Southeast corner thereof; thence South 89?27'39" West, along the South line of said half quarter quarter section, a distance of 655.01 feet to the point of beginning of the herein described tract of land.
